Abstract:

What to look for in assessment of patients? How do we start and how to plan for orthodontic treatment for our patients? This session presents systematic steps to orthodontic assessment and treatment planning for the general dentists with clinical examples for daily clinical practice.

  • To be able to use salient principles to assess and diagnose patients from a orthodontic aspect and avoid common pitfalls
  • To be able to select cases suitable for appropriate orthodontic treatment at the general dental practice
