Your contributions with key points provide a further insight into priorities and specific action areas. The purpose of the second round is to expand on this, so that we can develop a true impactful and comprehensive consensus that reflects our shared vision. As is usual with this type of study, the second-round inquiry is more extensive as we explore points in more detail. Please bear with us as we ask you to complete this as comprehensively as possible. The structure of the round #2 inquiry is therefore slightly different: We have condensed key messages from your answers and we ask you to comment on how strongly you agree (or disagree) with several statements. This enables us to: Measure the overall strength and the spread of opinion on each topic. Provide a ‘safety check’ for our analysis of the round #1 responses; to ensure that we have drawn the correct conclusions. In addition, we present a summary of some of the specific answers and comments from round #1, and we ask you to expand, in a free text form on your thoughts about each of these points. Round #1 provided a range of answers to specific questions and we need to test whether this is just a difference in emphasis or an area of potential disagreement about priorities.
