We are presenting the first enquiry wave.
Please consider the following questions and provide responses that are as detailed as possible.  To do this, we strongly encourage that you seek a broad and diverse range of views from within your company.
The main questions are subdivided into a series of sub-questions to encourage rich and full responses. This exercise will be more effective if you firstly consider and answer the main heading questions; and then refer to the sub-questions as pointers to provide a more comprehensive response.
We request that you engage as fully as possible with this exercise as its usefulness is directly proportional to the range and depth of your responses. Please don’t be limited by the boxes, that will expand and have no word limit - We are seeking wide ranging and deep input.
