International perspective makes FDI AWDC unique
It is the international scientific programme that makes the FDI Annual World Dental Congress (AWDC) so unique and wide-ranging in scope. The 2014 edition is no exception, with some 30 speakers from 14 countries, in addition to the 35 Indian speakers, providing their expertise and promoting the cross-fertilization of ideas, for which the AWDC is so justly renowned.
The programme includes the annual meeting of the FDI section women in dentistry as well as forums dedicated to the discussion of issues such as public health. This year’s early-morning sessions cover practice management and infection control. In addition, six ‘Meet the Expert’ Sessions are scheduled in the fields of endotontics, periodontics, anaesthesia, hypomineralization, orthodontics and minimally invasive dentistry (MID) for managing dental caries.
Early Bird registrations for the 2014 FDI Annual World Dental Congress close on 31 May.
