Dr Allan Edward.B.Kalyesubula
Dr Allan Edward.B.Kalyesubula was born in Kampala, Uganda. He received his Dental Degree from Makerere University College of Health Sciences. He is a member and past president of the Uganda Dental Association. He also worked previously as Editor of the Journal of the Uganda Dental Association. He was also part of the Expert team that reviewed the final draft of the WHO Regional Oral Health Strategy for Africa 2016-25: Addressing Oral diseases as part of Non Communicable Diseases.

Dr Yolande Koffi Gnagne
Dr Koffi after 3 years studies in faculty of medicine and dental school of university of Abidjan Cote d’Ivoire, graduated in doctor in dental surgery in the University of Bordeaux II School of Dentistry in France. She also post-graduated in Oral biology and Dental public health in the same university. She became a specialist in Operative Dentistry and Endodontics from the University Paul Sabatier of Toulouse.
Dr Koffi was a Fulbright research scholar of UCLA School of Dentistry. Member of the Academy of Operative Dentistry (USA) until 2011, she is a member of the French college of lecturer in Operative Dentistry and Endodontics CNEOC (College National Français de Enseignants en Odontologie Conservatrice) and a member of the Board of Dental surgeons of Cote d’Ivoire.
Dr Koffi served as Vice President of the National Dental Association of her country, AOSCI, (Association de Odontologistes et Stomatologistes de Cote d’Ivoire, from 1998-2014). Chairperson of the 3rd international dental congress of the AOSCI, she was involved in organizing dental continuing education through seminars, workshops and conference with several African National Dental Association. She lectured on these occasions, she is also a frequent speaker at international professional and scientific events.
Dr Koffi is Associate Professor and Dean of the Dental School of Abidjan, University Felix Houphouet Boigny in Cote d’Ivoire. She is a member of the scientific commission of the international Francophone Deans’ conference CID-CDF (conférence internationale des Doyens des Facultés Dentaires d’expression Française).
Dr Simon Ho Kam Yuen
Dr Ho received his Master degree in Periodontology from The University of Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, College of Dental Surgeons of Hong Kong and the International College of Dentists. He works as Specialist in Periodontology and providing specialty service in private sector.
Dr Ho serves in the College of Dental Surgeons of Hong Kong as councilor and examiner. He is a part time clinical lecturer of Faculty of Dentistry, The University of Hong Kong and focuses on training for the undergraduates and postgraduates. Dr Ho serves in the education committees in various institutions. He is experienced in organizing CE programs and workshops and he has lectured in Hong Kong and internationally.

Prof. Mersel's activities were mostly focused on the development of the East Europe Program, participating and lecturing each year at several National meetings. He launched surveys on the status and the evolution of the Continuing Education and finally the evaluation systems. Meantime, he actively participated in a research concerning the relationship between the NDAs and the Dental Faculties. All the findings were published.
Dr Mauricio Montero
Dr Mauricio Montero was born in San José, Costa Rica. He received his dental degree from the University of Costa Rica and later his Postdoctoral Master’s Degree in Clinical and Translational Research from the University of Puerto Rico. He has collaborated with the Costa Rican Dental Association as a member of its Academic Council and Recertification Program. Since 2004, Dr Montero has been a faculty member in the endodontics undergraduate program and the prosthodontics postgraduate program of the University of Costa Rica. He contributes as an Editorial Committee member of local scientific journals and has his own private practice.
